At Redline Lab, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

As we currently work with a network of trusted suppliers through a dropshipping model, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 3 to 8 business days
  • New Zealand: 7 to 18 business days
  • International: 10 to 25 business days

These are estimated timeframes only and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping costs because of split shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Redline Lab cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control. If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier and supplier to help resolve the issue.
